Copyright Clearance Services Available
Copyright clearance can be confusing and pose a challenge. I have experience in acquiring licensing for music, and would be happy to take this important responsibility off your plate. For an additional fee, plus the cost of music licensing, I would be happy to acquire necessary copyrights for your custom music design or ready-to-go show!
Supplemental Materials Available
Per your request, we can discuss providing any additional fundamental materials or specific warm-ups to specifically accompany your music. I would be happy to write additional material for your ensemble for an additional fee!

Ready-To-Go Show Library
The ready-to-go show library offers an ever-expending selection of previously-commissioned shows to browse and select from. This is a great option for directors that do not want commission an entirely new production. Each show is unique and engaging for audiences, students, and adjudicators alike.
Flexible Instrumentation
Each production can be customized to fit your program’s needs, instrumentation, and further specifications. Solos are generally cued in multiple instruments, and ensembles can be adjusted to fit your instrumentation. All instrumentation can be adjusted to make sure your ensemble is set up to produce the best possible sound!
Copyright Licensing for Ready-To-Go Shows
Prior to the creation of an arrangement for your ensemble from the Ready-To-Go show library, appropriate licensing must be obtained from respective copyright holders. I am able to walk you through the copyright acquisition process. For an additional fee, plus the cost of music licensing, I am also able to take care of the licensing for your arrangement(s).

Included With Ready-To-Go Shows
All shows in the music library include a complete wind score with limited percussion cues, PDF parts for all wind instruments, XML files for percussion arranger and SmartMusic, and audio mockups (with and without metronome).

If you are reading this, you are probably a band director. You are likely busy taking care of the 40-something other tasks you have for today, and you may not have the time to dig in on show design. This is where I can help you! With my experience in show design and collaboration, I can help you design, create, and implement a successful marching show in a variety of capacities.
Program Coordination & Consultation
As a program coordinator, I will collaborate with you to develop a show idea and bring it to life from start to finish. This means coordinating tasks and working with all designers to keep the musical and visual elements in alignment for maximum effect. It means developing appropriate production pacing and ensuring deadlines are met. It also means helping to facilitate deadlines on ordering supplies, materials, props, etc. If you are seeking consultation on our program, I can also contribute in that way.
Music Coordination & Consultation
In the role of music coordinator, I will work with your and your ideas to develop a musical palette for the show that is sensible, clever, effective, and engaging for performers and audiences alike. With my experience in design, I will work with the production team to craft musical moments that align with the trajectory of your program and develop effective pacing. Additionally, I will take stock of your current program strengths to maximize the musical moments within the show for the performers you have.
My coordination and consultation services are meant to help you and reduce the workload for you. I understand the rigors of this activity and how hard it can be to find the time outside of school to make things happen. can be as hands-on as you need - from full-blown program coordinator to music consultation services! Each consultation is tailored to the client and program needs.
